Hello. I got a contact from a potential buyer asking me about the logo. Since you provided a chat option on the logo page, the potential client assumed that chat is for that logo, so the chat message was "could you edit this logo". However, I don't know what logo is in question, so this can be resolved in two ways: 

1) you edit the chat option, so if client contacts from the page of some logo, that logo is provided to designer automatically so we know what logo the client is talking about (since sentence "this logo" is talking about certain logo, but I don't see which one, since the link of the logo is not there). 

2) add field inside the chat contact form that says "Provide url of the logo you are inquiring about" so the client can put the url and designer can see what logo it is from the start of conversation. Right now we have extra step that I have to manually ask the potential buyer "what logo are you asking about, could you send url of the logo". 

Second bug is that inside the email I got, it doesn't say "log in to your account and answer via chat". I hope that the email sent to client contains information that says they need to login and talk via chat, not reply directly to the email as that email won't be delivered.

Could you clarify this for me please: There is rule not to share any infromation like email, etc. In my case the client asked if I can add certain item to the logo. If I want to show him the preview of edit (before he makes a purchase), can I share an external link of preview like for example from imgur (the image sharing website), or is there an option for you to add attachment option inside the chat, so I can send a preview of the customization as an attachement inside the chat. Or is the rule that we can't send anything before the purchase is made (since some clients want to see how the customized logo would look, before actually buying it).

There are currently two types of chats available:

1. The chat on the order page allows designers to send images for preview in case of revisions or edit requests.

2 .The chat on the product page and designer's page, intentionally does not include image uploading features.

Therefore, if you include image URLs from an image hosting service for preview purposes through the chat, it is allowed. 

This policy applies moving forward until new regulations regarding image URLs are introduced (as we may introduce image uploading features at any time and make a new announcement).
