Is it allowed to upload logos from other marketplaces?
keyboard_arrow_down- Yes, it is allowed, as long as if the logo is sold on another marketplace, you must promptly remove that logo from Logoku
What types of logos are allowed on Logoku ?
keyboard_arrow_down- All types of logos are allowed except for logos with satanic, pornographic, gambling, and drug-related themes, logos with faces (only faceless ones are allowed, and abstract designs are preferred)
What are the size and format requirements for images uploaded on Logoku?
keyboard_arrow_down- The provided format and size are JPG with dimensions of 800x600 pixels.
I failed to upload the image: every time I try to upload, the image does not appear
keyboard_arrow_down- Make sure there are no special characters in the image filename, such as quotation marks. Use a clean name separated by hyphens (-) or underscores (_), and ensure the image is in JPG format with RGB color mode.
I cannot upload the logo: every time I open or save the upload form, the system redirects to another page
keyboard_arrow_down- Ensure that all requirements are met, redirection to another page indicates that there might be a form on that page that you haven't filled out correctly.
I have already followed Logoku on Instagram and filled it in on the Social page, but I still cannot upload

How if I'm confused about determining the watermark, dark or bright ?
keyboard_arrow_down- The choice between dark or light watermark depends on your preference. For example, if your logo is black with a white background, you can choose the "Light" watermark. In this case, only the black part (logo object) will be affected by the watermark. On the other hand, if you choose "Dark," the watermark will cover the entire canvas, including the logo object. Once again, it's up to you.
One of my logos cannot be opened, the URL is the same because there is a name that matches in my logo list.
keyboard_arrow_down- Yes, the URL is generated with a combination of your logo's title and store ID. If you give exactly the same title, there will be a conflict (inaccessible).
Delete one of the logos and upload it again (review step), as you did not read the TIPS on the upload page (see the image below)

REVIEW
How long is the logo in the review process?
keyboard_arrow_down- The standard review process takes 2 business days. It may take longer if it includes weekends or holidays.
What rating is required for a logo to be accepted?
keyboard_arrow_downA 2.2 rating is rejected because the majority of reviewers voted "no".
A 2.3 rating could go either way (50:50 for reject or approve).
A 3.3 rating will be considered a top rating
Who conducts the review?
keyboard_arrow_down- Currently, the review is conducted by designers who have a minimum of 75 assets. If you have 75 assets, a button will appear to join as a reviewer (if there is still available quota)
Is it allowed to upload a rejected logo again?
keyboard_arrow_down- Yes, you are allowed to upload again, provided that there are changes from the rejected logo. You are allowed up to 3 upload/revisions.
